Killearn Estates has a mix of build eras. The interior sections carry the brick ranch stock common to Killearn Estates through the 1960s and 70s, with lower-pitch rooflines and fascia boards that have usually been repainted more than once. Closer to the newer pockets and toward the edges of the neighborhood you’ll find steeper-pitched roofs and vinyl or fiber-cement trim that takes a gutter hanger differently than old wood fascia does. Others sit lower relative to the street or a neighboring yard, and where that’s the case, gutter capacity and downspout placement matter more, not less, because there’s less ground slope doing the work for you.
