What Foxcroft homes are dealing with

Foxcroft sits in the older northeast section of the city, where a lot of the housing stock traces back to the 1950s through 1970s brick ranch era. These houses typically carry a low-to-moderate roof pitch with asphalt shingle covering, and the fascia boards are original wood on a fair number of them.
