What Golden Eagle homes are dealing with

The housing stock on this northeast block runs from older brick ranch construction to newer subdivision-style homes with steeper roof pitches and dimensional shingle. On the older ranches, porch additions were often framed lighter than the main house and tied into a fascia board that’s now decades old and starting to soften.
