• Do you work directly with my insurance adjuster? We can meet the adjuster on-site and provide our documentation and photos, but the claim decision and coverage details are between you and your insurance company.
• My roof looks fine from the driveway, but I heard hail during the storm. Should I still get it checked? Hail damage on a shingle roof is often only visible up close or from inside the attic after a rain. If you heard hail hit the roof, it is worth a walk-through before you assume there is no damage.
• A pine limb came down on my roof but there’s no leak yet. Is it still storm damage? Impact damage can crack shingles or knock granules loose without an immediate leak. We document impact damage at the time it happens, since it is harder to prove weeks later.
• Will my roof repair need to go through the Killearn Estates HOA? If the repair changes the visible color or material of the roof, check with your HOA before work starts. A like-for-like shingle match to storm-damaged sections typically raises fewer questions than a full material change.
